My wife and I were interested in looking for a retirement home in a nice, quiet and friendly locale, away from the hustle and bustle of SoCal. We had visited the Low Country 20+ years ago and thought this could be a perfect location.
In looking at listed properties available, we needed additional information and Alyssa was the agent that responded to our requests. We provided our list of essential and desirable home /property features and she immediately began to send us links to properties in Bluffton area (my wife's locale of interest) and surrounding areas and we quickly found that whole area is a dynamic and energetic marketplace.
We booked a flight out to spend a few days to get a "feel for the area" and to see if we really liked the area. Alyssa arranged for property showings, both with established homes on the market, as well as properties we could create our own future on.
